Meet at Steinberg Visitor Center
Migratory bird ID can be difficult: First-year birds are still in their juvenile feathers, and adults have molted their bright breeding plumage in favor of more conservative winter garb. Get helpful tips from naturalist Brad Klein and identify migratory birds passing through the NYC area.
Free with Garden admission/vouchers. Bring binoculars if you have them. Register in advance on our website or on-site the morning of the walk.
