Does my school participate in UA?

UA serves almost half of New York City’s public middle schools (almost 300 schools, 900 teachers and 90,000 students).  UA also works with a limited number of elementary schools; please click on the Elementary Pilot Program link to your right for more information. You can use the search box below to find out if your school and/or science teacher participates in UA.

If your school is active in UA, your benefits include access to the UA partner institutions through “School Community Trips” organized by your school’s parent coordinator.

If your science teacher is also active in UA (note: not all science teachers at UA schools participate in UA), then you and your family are also eligible to receive a packet of 2 “Student +3” vouchers, valid through June 30th.
Individual families can visit our partner institutions for FREE using the green “Student +3” vouchers. Details for use are here.
