- Be sure to come with your voucher, either printed or digital copy.
- Parking is not included in the voucher.
- Redeem your Urban Advantage Voucher at any ticket window for All-Garden Pass tickets. Pre-registration is not required for individuals. Tickets include access to the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory and tram tour.
- School buses may arrive between 11am-1pm. Drop off at the School Group Gate. Tickets will be distributed there. Request a bus through the myUA Portal.
- You may bring snacks and lunch to eat at the Clay Family Picnic Pavilion. Food is available for purchase at the Pine Tree Cafe, Hudson Garden Grill and local restaurants.
- The Garden consists of mostly outdoor spaces. The Garden’s 250 acres are open in all weather conditions. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable clothes. For accessibility info, visit www.nybg.org/visit/access/
